We Offer Different Marketing Plans

5A Real Estate Team offers two different Marketing Plans to meet your needs. Both Marketing Plans include our Marketing Campaign with different levels of service. You can also watch our Video Marketing Your Home

The idea is some sellers want to participate in the selling process. 

The first plan is what we refer to as our Basic Service. This plan includes the marketing campaign with limited professional photography, videography, a custom website of your property, and 1,000 flyers sent to your neighbors.  This level of service does include digital marketing and analystics. The cost of this service is 1% for 5A Real estate and 2.5% to the buyers agent. If we represent the buyer then the buyers agent fee is 2.0%. This is a total commission of 3.5%.

The second plan is the  the Concierge Plan which is the basic service plus, stagging, bimonthly house cleaning, expanded social media, expanded direct mail and additional traditional marketing. This is geared for people who are busy and/or dont have the eye for detail in presentation.  The cost of this service is 2.5% for 5A Real Estate and 2.5% to the buyers agent. This is a total commission of 5.0%.
